These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Time Calculator mobile application (the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By using Time Calculator, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use certain features, you must create an account using your email address and a password.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Time Calculator lets you create and manage routines and tasks, schedule reminders, and sync your content across your devices.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App, including your routines and tasks ("Your Content").
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App's features to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for any purpose other than delivering the service.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to store it.
Time Calculator is free to download and use with core features. We also offer an optional Premium upgrade that unlocks additional features (such as unlimited routines and tasks, and per-task reminders).
Premium is available as:
Billing and processing. All purchases are processed by Google Play, which acts as the merchant of record. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment card details. Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and may include applicable taxes.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within the 24-hour period prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
Free trials. If a subscription includes a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged.
Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings (Play Store → Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future renewals; your Premium access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds. Purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies. Any refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with those policies. The one-time lifetime purchase is a non-consumable product that remains associated with your Google account and can be restored using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. Where required, any price change will be communicated to you in advance, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. You may cancel before a price change takes effect.
Complimentary access. We may, at our discretion, grant Premium access free of charge to certain users (for example, early users or promotional recipients). Such access is provided as-is and may be modified or withdrawn.
The App stores your data locally on your device and synchronizes it with the cloud through our backend and authentication provider, Supabase.
Purchases and subscription status are processed through Google Play and managed with the help of RevenueCat, our purchase-management provider.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and to improve it.
By using the App, you acknowledge that Your Content and account information are processed by Supabase, that your purchase information is processed by Google Play and RevenueCat, and that usage information is processed by Google Analytics for Firebase, each in accordance with their terms and policies. Your use of the App is also subject to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The App can schedule notifications and alarms to remind you about your routines. These reminders are generated locally on your device and depend on the permissions you grant and your device settings.
We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered on time, as delivery may be affected by your device's operating system, battery optimization, or other settings outside our control.
We strive to keep the App available and functioning, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You use the App at your own risk. Time Calculator is a productivity tool and should not be relied upon for critical time-sensitive matters where a missed reminder could cause harm or loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
