Delete Your Account

Effective date: September 24, 2026

You may stop using Time Calculator (the "App") and delete your account at any time. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and what happens to your data.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us by email:

Please send your request from the email address associated with your account, so we can identify it.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

We process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. After deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active systems. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently erased. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself where required for legal or security purposes.

When your account is deleted, the following data associated with it is permanently removed:

• Account information — your email address and your hashed password
• Routines — their titles, colors, schedules, and recurrence settings
• Tasks — their titles, descriptions, and durations
• The relationships and ordering between your routines and tasks
• Technical information — your unique account identifier and related timestamps

Analytics information collected through Google Analytics for Firebase is not linked to your account. It is kept for up to 14 months and is then automatically deleted. If you would like it deleted sooner, please mention this in your request.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Your data is also stored locally on your device so the App works offline.

• When you log out, your locally stored data is removed from the device.
• When you log in on a new device (or as a different user), locally stored data belonging to a previous user is cleared.

4. Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, you can manage or cancel it at any time through your Google Play account settings (Play Store → Subscriptions). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play; please cancel it separately in Google Play.
